Who we take directions from

We work with the person the court put in charge of the estate. That is the executor or the administrator.

Other family can call us with questions too. The work at the house waits for that person's OK.

How the cost works

First we agree on how we will look after the house for you. Then, before any job, like a clean-out, we tell you the cost and get your OK in writing.

Nothing happens at the house until you say yes.

If you live out of state

You can handle most of this from home. Our team is here in Georgia. We can go look at the house, tell you what we see and send you photos.

You make the choices by phone or text. We take care of the trips.

No. What happens to the house is up to you. We can look after it while you make up your mind.
