About Georgia Probate Specialist
We guide Georgia families through probate. When there is a house in the estate, we can help with that too, if the family wants it.
Probate often comes right after a death, when you have the least time for it. We help you see the steps, one at a time.
What we do
- We write plain guides to Georgia probate. Each guide lists where its facts come from.
- We keep court pages for 13 Georgia counties. Each court page shows the date we checked it.
- We send a free probate package by FedEx.
- You can text or call a specialist to talk it through.
What we do not do
- We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice.
- We are not the probate court, and we do not speak for any court.
- We do not fill out court forms or file anything for you.
- We do not tell you what to file in your case.
What a specialist does
Our specialists are not lawyers. A specialist sends your package and points you to the right guide or court page.

Each guide and court page lists where its facts come from. For the law, that is the Georgia code. For forms and court details, it is the court's own forms and website.
